When Green Ginger Digital was founded in 2020, it was just two founders with a very clear idea of the type of agency they wanted to build. Both knew how performance marketing could be done better, and how often it wasn’t. They’d seen too much surface-level strategy, too many junior-heavy teams left to sink or swim, and not nearly enough commercial accountability. So, they set out to build a more disciplined, strategic, senior-led approach from the start and went ahead and “did the thing”, despite COVID presenting many challenges in the early months.
Six years on, it’s incredibly satisfying to say that the business looks very different.
What began as two founders working closely with a small group of clients has grown into a thriving team delivering for ambitious brands across multiple sectors, including retail, interiors, and building supplies, spanning DTC and B2B. We have also invested deliberately in building careers as well as client relationships. That has meant creating proper progression routes, as well as bringing in apprentices and ensuring that people learn directly from experienced specialists rather than being left to figure things out alone. Our high standards are important to us, but so is building a team that wants to stay and grow with the agency.
At the same time, the level of work has moved on significantly. We are operating at a scale and complexity that demands sharper thinking and clear commercial accountability across multiple channels. Brands including Beal Homes, Naturewall, Face the Future, MKM Building Supplies and Pret A Manger now trust us to deliver on substantial growth targets across multiple territories. So many clients have been with us for many years, which we believe is a testament to our ever-evolving offering.
In an industry increasingly shaped by automation and AI, where creative has become central to performance rather than an afterthought, strong results rely on the right blend of data, disciplined strategic planning, continuous optimisation and work that genuinely cuts through. We’re immensely proud to be delivering that.
As the agency matured, it became clear that the brand no longer quite reflected the level at which we are operating. The previous identity captured the energy and hunger of a young performance agency, but it didn’t fully convey the refinement and commercial depth that underpin the work. So, we had a glow-up, refining our brand, sharpening our look, and refreshing our website to better reflect our offering.
We believe our updated visual identity is more considered and confident, showcasing the best of Green Ginger Digital. The messaging is clearer about the role growth forecasting plays in shaping strategy, the importance of senior oversight, and how our services connect to deliver sustainable growth. The website now explains more clearly how we move from ambition to structured plans and accountable performance, rather than simply listing channels like a menu.
For Emily Falkingham, Co-Founder and Performance Marketing Director, the change reflects the way the business has grown up since 2020:
“We’ve always been clear about the standard we wanted to set, having worked in agencies for a long time, but the agency today is far stronger and more experienced than it was in those early years. We’ve built a team we’re proud of, and we’re working with amazing brands that have invested in us long-term and therefore expect a lot from us. The refresh reflects that maturity and confidence, and I’m excited to see where this next chapter takes us.”
Nick Cranwell, Co-Founder and Performance Strategy Director, sees it as a natural progression:
“From day one, we wanted to do things properly, insisting on senior-first delivery, disciplined forecasting and an unapologetic obsession with commercial impact. We never shy away from the numbers and hope for the best. Emily and I are business owners, entrusted by other business owners to deliver growth, and we take that as seriously as we did in the beginning. What has changed is the scale of what we’re delivering and the people and experience behind it, and this updated brand feels like an honest representation of that.”
And that’s really what this is. A clear reflection of where we are today, built on six years of steady growth, strong partnerships and a team that shares the same standards we set at the start.
If you’re an ambitious brand looking for a performance partner that brings structure, clarity and accountability to growth, we’d love to talk.
