East Yorkshire housebuilder Beal Homes has appointed the Green Ginger Digital team to lead its Paid Social strategy, expanding a four-year partnership that already spans Paid Search and SEO.
Beal Homes is known for high-quality craftsmanship and a customer-focused approach. Over the past four years, we have worked to grow brand awareness across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire and showcase the ‘Beal Homes difference’. Driving leads from three core audiences (first-time buyers, growing families and empty nesters) and ensuring footfall to Beal’s Design Lounge, a service offered by no other housebuilder and allowing each homeowner to curate their new home.
Building on those results, we spotted a clear opportunity to extend the partnership into Paid Social. We took an audience-first approach to target relevant potential buyers across Beal’s developments, using Meta to find them and drive them to engage whilst building brand awareness. Alongside this, our local knowledge of the area was a key factor in Beal Homes selecting us as their partner of choice.

The new Paid Social activity covers Facebook and Instagram and has been live since February 2026 as part of Beal Homes’ wider digital marketing strategy.
