Green Ginger Expands 4-Year Partnership with Face the Future

Four years ago, premium skincare brand Face the Future came to Green Ginger Digital with a clear mission: scale Paid Search performance and grow their direct-to-consumer channel.

Fast forward to today, and that partnership’s just gone deeper. We’re proud to announce that we’ve extended our relationship with Face the Future, taking full ownership of their Paid Social strategy and delivery across Meta and TikTok, with additional platform testing in the pipeline.

The move brings all paid media under one roof, aligning channels under a single performance strategy. With Face the Future transitioning from internal management to agency-led execution, it’s a real vote of confidence in both the results we’ve delivered to date and what we’ll drive next.

Founded in 2005 as a single clinic in West Yorkshire, Face the Future has grown into one of the UK’s leading independent skincare retailers. They now stock over 200 specialist and luxury skincare brands, including Skinceuticals, Medik8, Elemis, Caudalie, and The Ordinary, offering curated, clinically informed product recommendations, expert customer service, and an ever-evolving online experience.

Over the past four years, we’ve supported Face the Future’s growth through a commercially grounded Paid Search strategy, helping them adapt to market conditions, navigate platform shifts, and unlock new opportunities in a fast-changing digital retail space.

Now, with Paid Social under our wing too, we’re taking a truly joined-up approach to performance.

Our new remit brings all paid media together, unlocking better efficiency, clearer insights, and scalable growth across channels.

We’ll be focusing on:
